Wendy Szech

Wendy has been with Tri County Foam since 2015. She came to us with many years of business management along with business ownership experience. As our Operations Manager, she oversees all aspects of the business managing our material and human resources. She recruits, interviews, hires, reviews, and works to motivate team members by seeking out opportunities to implement leadership training and team building to create a culture of growth opportunities for all. Wendy continuously works to update operating procedures, programs, and policies to accommodate the ongoing expansion of the business. She monitors multiple indicators to strategically forecast and maintain the financial budget with a focus on increasing efficiency and profitability. In her time off, she loves spending time with her family, competing with her horse, and occasional trips to northern Minnesota and Montana.
