Concrete Lifting in Alexandria

Keep Your Concrete Safe and Strong

At Tri County Foam Insulation, we don't just use foam for insulating anymore. We can use it to correct issues in one of your property's hardest surfaces — concrete. Whether you have a sunken concrete slab, unlevel sidewalk, or sloping concrete steps, we can fix it. Two main issues cause concrete to sink — either poor soil compaction before the concrete was poured or soil erosion due to excessive water run-off. Regardless of the root cause, the result is an empty space located under your concrete, which in turn leads to concrete cracking or sinking. The solution used to be ripping out the old and installing new; however, concrete is not cheap. Tri County Foam Insulation's solution — concrete lifting

How Concrete Lifting Works

At Tri County Foam Insulation, we proudly use SPI's Eco-Rise polyurethane foam to correct a number of minor and major concrete issues. First, we strategically drill penny-sized holes through the negatively impacted concrete and insert injection ports into the holes.

Concrete Support

From there, one of our trained installers pumps high-density foam through the holes. The injected foam expands to fill voids under the concrete and bonds with the soil to produce a stable base. Your concrete is immediately lifted back into place, and the resulting soil/foam base prevents further erosion. The injection holes and any cracks are professionally finished with an industrial joint filling epoxy. You are now ready to immediately use your steps, driveway, or sidewalk again. Concrete lifting performed by Tri County Foam Insulation is truly an all-around fix
